THIS SATURDAY: Music, Food and Art!

Okay, folks, it’s coming so fast!  This Saturday is the UCC from 6-9 and we are so excited.

Not only are we gonna have great music and food, but some of our local artists will have some prints available for sale to benefit Sam and Heather on their missions trips!

Joseph Tatum, Jesse Jennings, Rachel Kennedy, and James Vernon have photography prints they will be selling.

Please come!   It’s gonna be great fun!

Also, we want to make you aware that the proceeds for this event received from your purchasing drinks and food will go to funding for a couple of missionaries from CWC.  They will be leaving this year as missionaries to southeast Asia.  More details to come on this…

We did it!!!!

SATURDAY night was AMAZING!!! The Union Cross Cafe at Christmas was so much fun. We had between 125-150 people in all and made enough to purchase ALL of the gifts on our Christmas Wish List through World Hope, Int.

Praise God!!!

Chris Garmon and Co.

Chris Garmon has put together a fun jazz band that will also be playing some instrumental music for the Christmas UCC!!!   They will be closing the show, so we hope you can stay the whole evening and enjoy the show!  Several of his students as well as Andira make up this group of improvisers.

DCR

DCR is a group Dennis Renfroe has coordinated, and will be playing several really fantastic songs at the Christmas UCC!   Part of Anazao as well as Maribeth Jennings make up this dynamic crew.  Dennis’ brass talent will truly take your breath away…it’s amazing!  

The day is coming closer, and we are excited!   We hope all of you can drop in and stay awhile for some festive music and food.

Introducing: Caricature at the Christmas UCC

Caricature is a local band that we are really excited to introduce to you on December 20th!   Their style is a combination of  jazz, rock, and punk….you will definitely be entertained by this group!

Caricature is comprised of the following:

• James Vernon on guitar
• Jason Faylen on bass
• John Green on drums
• Sam Paul on keyboard
• Bradley Phillis on trumpet/ flugelhorn

Make sure you head out on the 20th to Christ Wesleyan to check them out!

Really Excited!
